After attempting to accept her fate in the strange fishbowl world, Kendíka decides it’s impossible. Call her a pet, will they? Determination revived, she tempts her “master’s” fury by trying to make life better for the people of Deverow’s Duchy. She will bring technology to the Regency era or end up a swan trying.

Still longing for a higher station in her new existence, Jillian sets her sights on Harry, the Count of Paddington. The only problem? Getting the man to take notice of her. Perhaps discovering some common ground—besides their rabbit-like features—will do the trick.

Hi Annamaria and welcome! It’s great to have you here.

Thank you so much for hosting this tour stop.

Where did the inspiration behind the White Swans: Revelations come from?

As you know, Revelations is the third book in the series. The inspiration came when Brodrik presented himself as a less than desirable character, filled with resentment and cruelty. He was so interesting to me, I had to fit him into the story.

a simple matter of justiceHow would you compare writing this book  with writing A Simple Matter of Justice and Revelation of Abaddon?

Revelations is the third book in a series and there are more to follow. This book has an ending for the short story, but not for the series. It is a fairly easy plot to write. A Simple Matter of Justice is about a brutal rape and murder. It was very hard to write. Even Revelation of Abaddon was hard to write as I tried to bring across Mia’s yearning for pain

How did you start writing? Was there a particular book or moment in your life that revelation of adaddonspurned you on?

I was eight when I realized how much I enjoyed writing. I spent a lot of time writing little stories I used to read to my dolls.

How do you organize your writing time?

If I were organized when it came to my writing, I wouldn’t get stressed about the marketing side of being an indie author. Lately, I feel most of my time is spent getting ready for blog tours. I never realized how hard it would be to publish a short story every month and how much marketing would be involved. I do start my day tweeting.

white swan new girl in townWhere is your best ‘writing space’; the place where you feel comfortably locked away from the world and able to let your creative juices flow?

Physically, I want to be comfortable, so I take my laptop to the loveseat in the family room and I curl up and type away. My mind, though, is so much more comfortable when it buries itself into the world of daydreams where many of the ideas for my books come from.

And finally, tell us an interesting fact about yourself that not many people know.  white swan regency era

When I get together with my aunt, I love to talk in Sicilian because I don’t want to forget it.

Thank you for being here today Annamaria

Cuppa and a Catch up pic

I would like to welcome back Andrea Buginsky, a lovely lady I featured on my blog back in September. Andrea is Author to The Chosen, which has just been republished with a revised and extended version as well as a brand new cover!

~Author Bio~Andrea Headshot

Andrea Buginsky is a freelance writer and author. “The Chosen” was her first book, and was followed by “My Open Heart,” an autobiography about growing up with heart disease. “Nature’s Unbalance” is the second story in THE CHOSEN series. Andrea plans to write more in the series. She’s already done with the first draft of book 3 and has a concept for book 4. You can find Andrea on her website, Andi’s Realm. Her books are available at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Halli is a shy, young dwarf who has no idea of her true calling. When the evil Prince Gastle sets out to detroy the world of Phantasma, Queen Laurali of the Elves comes to tell Halli she’s a Holy Paladin with the power to heal, and will join The Chosen, a group of brave warriors being sent to defeat the evil beast and save Phantasma. Will Halli be accepted by her group, and be able to keep them alive through their adventures? Will the evil Prince Gastle be defeated, freeing Phantasma from his destruction? Only time will tell.

The Chosen Cover Final

Hi Andrea and welcome back! It’s great to have you here again. You have been busy since we last caught up.

What made you want to revise and extend The Chosen? The Chosen is my first book, and I feel I’ve learned a lot about my writing since it was published. I wanted to polish up my baby with what I’ve learned to make it the best it can be.

The book cover is very eye-catching – talk us through the idea behind it and how it came to be? My wonderful cousin offered to design the cover for the new edition for me. I found some pictures I really loved, and she created a few drafts for me to choose from. I fell in love with the one we used.

What are you currently reading? Pricilla the Great: Bring the Pain by Sybil Nelson.

If you could be a character from The Chosen, who would it be and why? Halli. I identify with her already, and I love how she overcame her worries and fears, faced her problems head on, and grew into a stronger character because of it.

What is your next writing project that you are going to be working on? I’m currently working on a new YA fantasy series. The first draft of the first book is done, and I’m about to start editing it.

Thank you for being here today Andrea.

Thank you for having me, Gemma!

Now let’s get snug with our cuppa and find out more about Lawrence …

Hi Lawrence and welcome! It’s great to have you here.

Thank you for having me here

Where did the inspiration behind Kill Me Now come from?

From the readers of my blog. I had a blog about my terrifying escapes from some dating horrors and they convinced me that I had to write the book.

How would you compare writing this book with anything that you have previously written?

Seeing as how the other books I wrote were either technical books or tutorials for the computer world, I would say that it is totally different. At least it is fun!

How did you start writing? Was there a particular book or moment in your life that spurned you on?

Yes, when what I thought was the love of my life told me that her parents had vetoed our relationship I was devastated. But I found I had a talent.

How do you organise your writing time?

Organize? What is that? I am a mess on legs, with no organization. Don’t tell anyone but I write when I have my alone time.

Where is your best ‘writing space’; the place where you feel comfortably locked away from the world and able to let your creative juices flow?

Shush, it is a secret, but I find the loo the best place to let my juices flow.

And finally, tell us an interesting fact about yourself that not many people know.

There are so many of those so I do not know where to start. I would say it is about my nickname, Bigfoot. It was first coined in the army when they did not have shoes my size. But a friend used it in the connotation of my size and it kind of stuck! He sometimes calls me up and says, “Hey Bigfoot, there is another program about you not existing. Call them up and tell them they are wrong.”

Thank you for being here today Lawrence
